Industrial Wet Sprayer

Salary: £16.50 per hour + overtime at time and a half
Hours: Monday–Thursday 6:00am–2:30pm | Friday 6:00am–1:00pm
Working Week: 39 hours

10 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Industrial Wet Sprayer to join an established company specialising in industrial coatings and finishing.

This is a varied, hands-on position working with a wide range of products, from small valve assemblies through to large containers and acoustic equipment.

The Role:

• Carrying out industrial wet spraying to customer specifications.
• Using airless, air-assisted and conventional spray guns.
• Applying coatings to a variety of industrial components and fabricated equipment.
• Ensuring a consistent, high-quality finish.
• Working accurately to specifications and coating requirements.
• Undertaking site-based spraying work when required.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous industrial wet spraying experience.
• Experience using airless, air-assisted and conventional spray equipment.
• Ability to work accurately to specifications.
• Experience spraying components of varying sizes.
• Good attention to detail and a reliable approach.
• Willingness to undertake site work.
• FLT and overhead crane certificates would be advantageous but are not essential.

Working Hours & Pay:

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00am–2:30pm
• Friday: 6:00am–1:00pm
• 39 hours per week
• £16.50 per hour
• Overtime paid at time and a half, including occasional Saturday mornings when required.
